UPDATES I cannot believe that I haven't updated this club in 1 year and 9 months. I cannot apologize to you guys enough.
As it may be though, I have just submitted an application to convert this club into a group. From what I have experienced with some other groups that recently converted (from a member's standpoint, that is) once converted, you may have to re-join the club. This will be simple though - no sending notes and waiting for me to get back to you in a year (again, sorry!!!) but you will be able to click a button and be admitted as a member. Submission of artwork will be just as simple. 
Also the conversion should allow me to handle the group through my personal account and therefore I can update on a more *ahem* regular basis. Please keep an eye out for any updates from this club! I will let you guys know as soon as I can when this becomes a group. Thank you so much! From here on down, this will become obsolete soon, but I am keeping this here for now until the group conversion is finished. Anyway, on another topic, I've noticed that there are still some people asking to join the club by posting on the front page. If you are not listed in the member listing, and you asked to join, that is probably why. It's mentioned 3 times below here in the rules, how to join, and submitting not to post about joining or submissions on the front page and to send a note because I will ignore any front page comments. So again, if you wish to join, PLEASE send a NOTE to the club. All it has to say is "join" in the subject line, and some sort of message in the body. DO NOT post on the front page. So if you asked to join but posted on the front page, please just send the club a note, then I will add you. I don't mean to sound so strict, but I set rules for this club, and they're really simple to follow. So if you want to be a member, it's best to start off by following them. Thank you.
